Refund, Returns, and Cancellation Policies

Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items:

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with your purchase. Items sent incorrectly, damaged, or defective will be exchanged or refunded in full. If an item needs returned please contact us (480-463-9700) for and RMA # within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 21 days of receipt. The RMA # must be written clearly on the outside of the box and a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will be refused without an RMA #. All items (even defective items) should be returned in original packaging. Shipping fees are not refundable.

All Other Returns:

For discrepancies not related to damaged, defective, or wrong items, the customer must contact us (480-463-9700) for an RMA # within 7 days of receipt. No returns are accepted after 21 days of receipt. Customers have 15 days from receipt to return items prior to use. The RMA # must be written clearly on the outside of the box and copy of the invoice and letter of explanation placed inside. Returns will be refused without an RMA #. There will be a 20% restocking fee for the authorized return of new products. All returned items must be in new condition and in their original packaging in 100% resalable condition, or refund credit may be refused. The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges unless we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item. Shipping fees are not refundable. For any undeliverable or refused shipments, the cost will be passed along to the customer in the form of a deduction from the total credit due to the customer. In addition, refused shipment may be considered an unauthorized return and subject to the policies thereof.
